In 2008 this Canadian Native earned the title of the Toronto Kart
Club “Rookie of the Year” honors and in 2009 was awarded a racing test
with the F2000 with Andersen Racing due to his achievements in the
karting circuit. In that same year he finished second in points in the
Rotax Junior and Junior Honda categories in the Toronto Racing
Association of Karters Championship. In 2010 he was awarded a Jim
Russell Driving Scholarship for achievements at the ASN Canada FIA
Karting National Championships. In 2011 he finished third in the Ontario
Ford Formula Championship. In his spare time Kellett enjoys running,
rowing and weight lifting. His racing goal is to compete in the IndyCar
Series.
Hobbies: Rock climbing, guitar, skiing, white-water kayaking, working with anything mechanical
Snapshot: I am a Canadian whose heart is in racing. I
started competing when I was 14 in karting. Academics has been a
counterpart to most of my racing career. In 2015, I graduated with a
B.Sc in Engineering Physics from Queen’s University. I have a passion
for science and technology and am a strong supporter of STEM education
and initiatives. I find the technical side of racing fascinating.
Although I live in Indianapolis, I also enjoy spending time at home in
Canada with friends and family.
Racing goal: To climb the ranks of the Mazda Road to Indy, compete in the Verizon IndyCar Series and win the Indy 500

My fitness routine includes: I train with PitFit and stay active with running, biking and rock climbing. During the winter I also enjoy skiing.
